How this calculator works
Mash, fermentation and serving temperatures show up in Celsius and Fahrenheit, and lab data sometimes in Kelvin.
Type a temperature in any scale and the others update live; outputs stop at absolute zero even though inputs are not clamped.
Celsius and Fahrenheit also set your site-wide temperature unit, while Kelvin stays in the shared link only.
Worth knowing
- A few degrees of mash temperature changes wort fermentability and the body of the finished beer.
- Set your fermentation steps in Brewfather so connected devices and reminders use the right temperature automatically.
